Graphic Designer (& Social Media Guru)

About the Role
The successful candidate will have strong experience in a production and/or a social media environment. They will be experienced in working to tight deadlines, liaising with clients and managing the projects professionally from start to finish. Reporting to the Agency Director, you will have:

Design (60% of Role)

  • Commercially acceptable design skills (Branding, Layout, Retail and Corporate) that reflect your professional experience to date

  • Strong knowledge of Print, Press and Pre-press Setup

  • Interest in basic web platforms

  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite is essential

  • Digital experience is also viewed upon favourably

Social (40% of Role)

  • Experience in Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and potential cloud platforms that manage them

  • Experience to set up, execute and maintain campaigns across all relevant platforms

  • Experience producing content and liaising with relevant stakeholders

  • Experience preparing reports and analysing results to make considered recommendations

Must Haves

  • Excellent English and grammar, with interest in copyrighting

  • Excellent ability to interact with clients and interpret client briefs

  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills|

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to deliver high-quality design

  • Tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design or multimedia is an advantage
